A rooftop bar in the sky on the 28th floor of a hotel directly connected to Shinsaibashi Station. Take in sweeping views as the city of Osaka and the sky melt into one, the scenery changing from moment to moment. The lighting inside also changes with the time of day, so the bar shows a different face at every hour.
